Big changes coming

A funny thing happened on the way to the forum….

I’ve been thinking off and on about changing my blog name for years. The name didn’t really reflect what I wrote about. I’m not so much writing about being a mom now, it’s more adventures in homeschooling, life, and what have you.

But I really didn’t want to change, because change is hard.

And then I got a message.

Apparently, mommydom, which I thought of as the life of mommy kingdom, and thought was an incredibly amusing pun, has another meaning.

A meaning that I really don’t want associated with me.

At first, I thought I would take advice from Sharon Carter and plant my feet and say, “No you yield.”

Then I started getting messages on my blog Facebook page asking about that, and I thought, “I guess it’s time to change.”

So my URL will be changing to ticiamessing . com (leaving spaces for now because it’s not done yet). But I need a name.

What name would you suggest?

All of the variations on Adventures in Learning are already homeschool companies or daycares.
