Never Will I Leave You Bible verses
This past Sunday in church, our associate pastor preached Joshua 1:1-9. Just nine short verses, but two different times in the passage God says to Joshua, “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.” This reminded me of how in Hebrews 13:5b they quote the Old Testament saying, “Never will I leave, never will I forsake you.” It got me wondering, just how often could I find Never will I leave you Bible verses, so I took to searching it out for my own personal Bible lesson.

How many Never Will I leave you Bible verses did I find?
I found the same phrase 6 times in the Bible, though I only included 4 of them in my Never Will I Leave You Bible verses printout.
It felt like cheating to use the almost word-for-word verse twice in one pack, so I didn’t do that.
I kept searching and I found the same concept over and over again.
God repeating to the Israelites, and most often God repeating to one person that He will never leave them.
Or Jesus talking to His disciples, “never will I leave you.”
It just wasn’t the exact same phrase. So, in honor of how God will say the same thing in different ways, I included two of my favorite paraphrases of the same concept.
I made it into a Never Will I Leave you Bible verse printable
Why?
Because I like to keep something like that handy that I can print out and keep in my pocket, or in my purse easily.
I know it’s silly, but it’s nice to be able to pull out and read through them again.
It’s probably why as I was driving with The Artist today I was able to mostly quote Romans 8:38-39 from memory, because I’d read it so many times and heard it so many times I knew it.
Also, I just like to have something pretty. They make me happy to look them up and see them hanging on mirrors or on my car dashboard.
Supplies to make your own
Never will I leave you Bible verse printable (get this on the subscriber page of my newsletter, join here), printer paper, scissors, gluestick
It’s pretty straightforward, cut the individual verse cards out, then cut out the envelope on the outside lines and then fold up and glue it.
Sorry, I didn’t take step by step pictures this time, I’m going to upload the verses, so I’ll look to see if I can put together an instruction card in the printable.

While these aren’t specifically for memory verses, but it’s also a good way to help memorize the verses
