Yes I said shelves.
It despereately needed cleaning and thinning out. This is actually after I removed several games. SEVERAL.
Some have been given away. A very few, I think 3, maybe. Most have been put in storage until such time as the kids are a little older. Empire at Arms, Tigris and Euphrates, Torres, all games Jeff loves, but the kids (more specifically the boys, Princess isn’t too into games yet) need to get older. Much, much older. As in AT LEAST 10.
But now, we can get games out without knocking anything down.
Friday games will continue next week, as I don’t do well blogging when Jeff is off, and this is the first few days off he has had in over a month. He’s been working weekend to get a problem solved for about a month.
As you can see, I have lots of games to tell you about. Most of which the kids can play.
So, I’m off to enjoy a day with MY FAMILY.
Have a great day!
I can never get over all the storage space in your house. Amazing!
Most of it is storage we've added in. We've had these two shelves since we were newlyweds in our little 1400 square foot house. That and the 10 bookshelves in the master bedroom.
This is impressive! I should photograph our game shelves one of these days. Lars has a lot of board games, most of them are unfortunately in German. I can't wait until Anna is a little older and we can play them.
Interestingly enough many of our games are German. Including some of my favorites.
Have a great day! You have a lot of games! I agree about your awesome storage too!
Looking forward to hearing about your games!
Wow, that is a lot of games! We just had game night earlier tonight too. We played Sorry. The younger two team up with mommy and daddy. I can't wait to hear about your family favorites.

Never taking a pic of our game cupboard lol… I comandeered our linen cabinet in the hall for crafts/games, one half each. It is ALWAYS a disaster, no matter how often I tidy it! Kudos on tackling the beast 🙂
